Since 2004, I have advised several capable executives on their career moves while overseeing approximately 500 appointments over the years. I was involved hands-on over the full spectrum, i.e. originating, conceptualizing, and executing the search, for over 200 of these appointments. Each appointment has been unique & immensely gratifying. A few of them have made a splash in the media.

I specialize in CEO, MD, Business Head, Functional Head searches in the Industrial sector. My other colleagues are specialists in Information Technology, Digital and Pharma space.

My early career was with Sandvik and Saint-Gobain Abrasives working in Manufacturing, Product Management, and Key Account Management roles. My worldview has been shaped by the many brilliant, wonderful professionals whom I have worked with from diverse geographies & cultures across the globe.
